Idea 1: Oozing/leaking corruption or Overflowing Corruption

The blight has so much of the corruption that it's started to come through the body. Could just be splits/tears or flowing from orifices. Can also work with other body traits/basically anything that has a seam.

Lore-wise the extra corruption could mean that they're very powerful magic-wise but tend to be a little unstable.
Thought about maybe also including a cracked core for a possibility but I feel like that should be a different trait/left for legendary status idk. The idea is there if you'd like tho lol

Idea 2: Why not just straight up spider legs for wings lol like a downgrade of Wither's smoky tendril wings Could have anywhere from 4-6 (or I guess maybe more if you're crazy but y'know).
